Drug possession: Rahmel D. Dobbs, 24, of Schenectady and Kristen M. Pohl, 23, of Ballston Lake were arrested at 1:07 a.m. March 12 on Route 50 and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. DWI: Samantha M.
