Jennifer A. Fantauzzi
BURNT HILLS - Jennifer A. Fantauzzi (nee: Nelson), 67, of Burnt Hills, passed away March 11, 2017 at her home with her loving family by her side.
Born in Troy, NY on November 20, 1949, the daughter of the late Ray-mond and Jean Nelson, she graduated from Stillwater H.S. in 1967.
Jennifer went on to ceive her Associates Degree from H.V.C.C. in 1969.
Jennifer married James M. Fantauzzi on Novem-ber 29, 1968 at St. Mary’s Church in Troy. The couple began their own business, Northeast Fire Protection Systems, Inc. when mov-ing to Burnt Hills in 1978. They have successfully run the business together for 39 years. Jennifer always kept active with her chi-ldren as they grew and was a devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed outdoor activities and exercise, including walking and aerobic training. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church Glenville. in
Besides her parents, Jen- nifer was predeceased by her brother, Gregory Nel son. Survivors include her husband, James Fantauzzi, son, John A. (Cara) Fan- tauzzi, Esq, both of Burnt Hills, daughters, Stacey J. Fantauzzi of Nis- Glenville and Leigh M. Fantauzzi of kayuna. She leaves behind her brother, Dennis (Ro- wena) Nelson of Latham, and sisters: Bernadette (Bonnie) (husband Rob-ert) Ernewein of South- field, MI, Karen (Michael) Phinney of Ballston Spa, Marcie (David) Nagengast of Albany and Ceil Nelson of Florida; grandchildren: Marleah Fantauzzi; Isa- bella, Sophia, Devlin and Francesca Fantauzzi. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
A Mass of Christian al will be held on Thurs-day, March 16, 2017 at 9 am from Immaculate Concep-tion Church, 400 Saratoga Rd. Glenville with Rev. jerry Gingras officiating. call-ing hours Wednesday (Mar. 15) 5-8 pm at Glenville Funeral Home, 9 Glenridge Rd. Glenville.
