Hernandez, 25, was arrested March 26 in Malta and charged with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Unlicensed operation: Robert E. Brown, 35, was arrested March 26 in Mechanicville and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Falsyfing records: Alexzandra A. Stewart, 19, was arrested March 26 in Halfmoon and charged with second-degree falsifying business records. DWI: Katelynn M. Skoda, 25, was arrested March 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired by drugs. DWI: Matthew R.
