Unlicensed operation: Lance J. Beaubien, 29, of Massena was arrested at 11:26 a.m. April 2 after a property damage accident on Federal Street and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Felony DWI: Lakey McNeil, 35, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 5:24 a.m. April 2 on Phila Street and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, felonies because of a previous drunken driving conviction within the past 10 years. Drug possession: Lacey A. Brackett, 28, of Corinth was arrested at 5:12 a.m. April 2 on Spring Street and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. DWI: Alexander P. Miller, 29, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 4:40 a.m. April 2 on Route 50 and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. DWI: Nathan J. Bordeau, 24, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 3:31 a.m. April 2 on Route 50 and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. DWI: Marlon A. Williams, 34, of Albany was arrested at 3:11 a.m. April 2 on Crescent Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Trespass: Corey A. Saxton, 30, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 12:04 a.m. April 2 on Ballston Avenue and charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. DWI: Michael J. Waldron, 41, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 4:39 a.m. April 1 on Connolly Way and charged with driving while intoxicated and seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Felony DWI: Nicholas L. Moon, 27, of South Glens Falls was arrested at 4:22 a.m. April 1 on Circular Street and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, felonies because of a previous drunken driving conviction within the past 10 years, and circumventing an interlocking device, a misdemeanor. Aggravated DWI: Kelsie E. Gibson, 23, of Queensbury was arrested at 1:51 a.m. April 1 on Caroline Street and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Child endangerment: Eric J. Alford, 45, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 12:38 a.m. April 1 on Excelsior Avenue and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Assault: Seth A. Blanchard, 28, of Galway was arrested at 5:45 p.m. March 31 on Route 29 and charged with third-degree assault, thirddegree criminal tampering and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors.
