DWI: Gabrielle K. Emery, 24, of Albany was arrested at 2:20 a.m. April 7 on Crescent Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors.

Aggravated DWI: Sara A. Malpass-Willey, 37, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 12:19 a.m. April 7 on Ballston Avenue and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Unlicensed operation: Marcus A. Kelley, 25, of Porters Corners was arrested at 12:04 p.m. April 6 on South Broadway and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors.

Impersonation: Patricia Arango, 32, of Porters Corners was arrested at 11:44 p.m. April 5 on Congress Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors.

Unlicensed operation: Theresa M. Jordan, 30, of Lake Luzerne was arrested at 7:19 p.m. April 5 on Ballston Avenue and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

Assault: John A. Oakes, 31, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 6 a.m. April 5 on Regent Street and charged with second-degree assault, a felony, petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors.

DWI: Jonathan L. Bartfield, 22, of Sonoma, Calif., was arrested at 12:45 a.m. April 5 on Union Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Contempt: Clifford C. Colvin, 57, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 8:34 p.m. April 4 on Route 9 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.

Mischief: Paul J. Demertino, 37, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 12:33 p.m. April 3 on Broadway and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.

Burglary: Mary Ellen B. Zebrowski, 55, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 10:27 a.m. April 3 on Magnolia Drive and charged with third-degree burglary, a felony, and second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.

Suspended registration: Aubrie E. Zecca, 22, of Stillwater was arrested March 29 on Route 75 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor.

Suspended registration: Shannon M. Dolan, 40, of Coxsackie was arrested March 30 on Hudson Avenue and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor.

Suspended registration: Kathleen A. Carroll, 43, of Saratoga Springs was arrested March 31 on Cold Springs Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor.

Suspended registration: Christopher R. Getman, 25, of Rexford was arrested April 1 on Route 67 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor.

Fleeing an officer: Tyler A. Mosher, 25, of Stillwater was arrested April 3 and charged with two counts of fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and two counts of reckless driving, misdemeanors.

Suspended registration: Rebecca L. Douglas, 33, of Stillwater was arrested April 4 on Route 9P and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor.

Suspended registration: Vanessa E. Martenson, 31, of Mechanicville was arrested April 4 on Route 67 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor.

Unlicensed operation: Michael J. Day, 43, of Mechanicville was arrested April 4 on Route 67 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors.

Suspended registration: Mary T. Palso, 50, of Ballston Spa was arrested April 5 on Route 67 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor.

Bad check: Richard Blackmer, 35, of Shaftsbury, Vt., was arrested April 6 and charged with issuing a bad check, a misdemeanor.

Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office

Sentencing: Joshua Noll, 28, of Gansevoort was sentenced April 6 to one to three years in state prison after pleading guilty Jan. 19 to second-degree vehicular assault and driving while intoxicated, class E felonies.

Sentencing: Clifford B. Nichols, 51, of Galway was sentenced April 5 to time served and five years probation after pleading guilty Feb. 15 to driving while intoxicated, a class E felony.

Williams, 52, of Wilton was arrested April 6 in Wilton and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. DWI: Sheila L. Janis, 53, of Mechanicville was arrested April 6 in Halfmoon and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. DWI: Thomas A. Selfridge, 47, of Clifton Park was arrested April 6 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated by a combination of drugs and alcohol, misdemeanors.
