Aggravated DWI: Sara A. Malpass-Willey, 37, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 12:19 a.m. April 7 on Ballston Avenue and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.
Unlicensed operation: Marcus A. Kelley, 25, of Porters Corners was arrested at 12:04 p.m. April 6 on South Broadway and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors.
Impersonation: Patricia Arango, 32, of Porters Corners was arrested at 11:44 p.m. April 5 on Congress Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors.
Unlicensed operation: Theresa M. Jordan, 30, of Lake Luzerne was arrested at 7:19 p.m. April 5 on Ballston Avenue and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.
Assault: John A. Oakes, 31, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 6 a.m. April 5 on Regent Street and charged with second-degree assault, a felony, petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors.

Contempt: Clifford C. Colvin, 57, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 8:34 p.m. April 4 on Route 9 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.
Mischief: Paul J. Demertino, 37, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 12:33 p.m. April 3 on Broadway and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.

Sentencing: Joshua Noll, 28, of Gansevoort was sentenced April 6 to one to three years in state prison after pleading guilty Jan. 19 to second-degree vehicular assault and driving while intoxicated, class E felonies.
Sentencing: Clifford B. Nichols, 51, of Galway was sentenced April 5 to time served and five years probation after pleading guilty Feb. 15 to driving while intoxicated, a class E felony.
