BALLSTON SPA - Richard G. Bardsley, Sr., 84, passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on October 3, 1932, he was the son of Ralph and Mary Bardsley, Sr.
Dick worked for Taylor Fibre Co. in Betzwood, Pennsylvania, for 29 years. He enjoyed traveling, camping, playing cards and going to the casino. He was a former member of the Swamp Creek Rod & Gun Club in Pennsylvania, Ballston Area Seniors and Franklin Masonic Lodge #90 F&AM in Ballston Spa.
He was predeceased by his parents Ralph and Mary, and his brother Ralph. Dick is survived by his wife Anna, and their children Margaret HunPA, sicker of Collegeville, Richard Bardsley, Jr. of Fleetwood, PA, David Bardsley (Rose) of Malta, NY, Robert Bardsley (Gail) of Reading, PA and Steven Bardsley (Elisa) of Carlisle, PA; grandchildren Jason Hunsicker, Sarah Hunsick grand children. er, Jarrod Shirley, Richard Bardsley III, Seth Bardsley, Katelyn Chambers, Justin Bardsley, Aaron Bardsley, Nicholas Bardsley, Ashley Bardsley and three
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Saturday, April 15 from 1pm to 3pm at Armer Funeral Home, Inc., 39 East High Street, Ballston Spa, NY 12020. A Masonic service will be held at 3pm, followed by a time of sharing.
In lieu of flowers, morial contributions in memory of Richard may be made to the Shriners Hospital.
