Plea: William A. Slater, 46, of Gansevoort pleaded guilty April 13 to first-degree criminal sexual act, a class B violent felony. Plea: Jordan M. Mosher, 20, of Queensbury pleaded guilty April 13 to thirddegree burglary, a class D felony.

Indictment: Joshua L. Corbisiero, 39, of Wilton was indicted April 13 on charges of first-degree assault, a class B felony, two counts of second-degree assault, a class D felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. Indictment: Milo E. Martinez, 25, of Ballston Spa was indicted April 13 on charges of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a class C felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor. Indictment: Jonathan J. Cyphers, 36, of Ballston Spa was indicted April 13 on charges of second-degree burglary, a class C violent felony, and attempted petit larceny, a class B misdemeanor.

Aggravated DWI: Christopher L. Wadsworth, 37, of Troy was arrested April 13 in Moreau and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI, misdemeanors. Drugged driving: Eric P. Loy, 25, of Clifton Park was arrested April 14 in Clifton Park and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors.
