Endangerment: Douglas J. Bagley, 52, was arrested April 17 in Halfmoon and charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Aggravated harassment: Jeffrey E. O’Neil, 43, was arrested April 17 and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. Aggravated DWI: Robert R. Mitchell, 35, was arrested April 18 in Ballston and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent. Mischief: Madison L. Lupi, 16, was arrested April 19 in Clifton Park and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief. Assault: Crystal N. Ogburn, 38, was arrested April 19 in Milton and charged with third-degree assault. Endangerment: Aaron T. Walsh, 47, was arrested April 19 in Clifton Park and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and thirddegree assault. Petit larceny: Donni P. Adams, 33, was arrested April 19 in Clifton Park and charged with petit larceny. Petit larceny: Amy M. Collins, 28, was arrested April 20 in Wilton and charged with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child. Unlicensed operation: Jayme L. Laque, 37, was arrested April 20 in Milton and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Drug possession: Joseph A. Broscko, 16, was arrested April 20 and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Drug possession: Daniel J. Dowen, 16, was arrested April 20 and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Grand larceny: Christopher M. Lamere, 30, was arrested April 20 in Albany and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny. Unauthorized use: William H. Watkins, 46, was arrested April 21 and charged with thirddegree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Contraband: Matthew R. Flynn, 18, was arrested April 20 in Clifton Park and charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband. Arson: Jayme L. Laque, 37, was arrested April 21 in Milton and charged with third-degree arson. Laque was also arrested April 23 in Milton and charged with two counts of second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Contraband: Jennifer M. Pugliese, 37, was arrested April 21 in Milton and charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband. Petit larceny: Nina T. Dubee, 24, was arrested April 21 in Wilton and charged with petit larceny. Unlicensed operation: Dylan R. Barber, 24, was arrested April 22 in Milton and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. DWI: Lori J. Thomas, 55, was arrested April 22 in Wilton and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Indecent material: Ryan M. Jabut, 22, was arrested April 22 in Moreau and charged with first-degree disseminating indecent material to minors and endangering the welfare of a child. Petit larceny: Jacob Kamara, 27, was arrested April 23 in Halfmoon and charged with petit larceny. Contempt: Patrick R. Valenti, 33, was arrested April 23 in Malta and charged with seconddegree criminal contempt and third-degree criminal mischief. Contempt: Joseph Thomas Perry, 26, was arrested April 23 in Corinth and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and third-degree criminal mischief. Attempted larceny: Jennifer A. Jones, 44, was arrested April 23 in Clifton Park and charged with attempted petit larceny. Contraband: Joseph T. Perry, 26, was arrested April 23 in Milton and charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband. Robbery: Daniel C. Parent, 19, was arrested April 24 and charged with first-degree robbery and second-degree assault.
