Petit larceny: Johnathon M. Parker, 24, of Wilton was arrested May 5 in Wilton and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Aggravated DWI: James J. Allen, 23, of Hadley was arrested May 6 in Queensbury and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI, misdemeanors. DWI: Allan M. Winney, 34, of Saratoga Springs was arrested May 5 in Malta and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Conspiracy: Angelic M. Zimmerman, 27, of Halfmoon was arrested May 5 in Halfmoon and charged with sixth-degree conspiracy and petit larceny, misdemeanors. Bad check: Michael D. Addy, 46, of Fayetteville was arrested April 28 in Clifton Park and charged with issuing a bad check, a misdemeanor. DWI: Shadford R. Conners, 39, of Central Bridge was arrested May 5 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Felony DWI: Jonathan J. Maldonado, 26, of Waterford was arrested May 6 in Malta and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, felonies because of a previous drunken driving conviction within the past 10 years, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, also a felony. Forged instrument: Cassandra V. Brackley, 25, of Mechanicville was arrested May 6 in Clifton Park and charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony. Also arrested was Pamela L. Tenace, 41, of Mechanicville, who was charged with second-degree forgery, a felony. DWI: Haley F. Stanley, 23, of Schenectady was arrested MAy 7 in Halfmoon and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Aggravated harassment: Robert R. Wilder, 51, of Gansevoort was arrested May 6 in Granville and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor.
