Obstructio­n: Tyrone A. Knight, 40, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 7 p.m. May 11 on Vanderbilt Terrace and charged with obstructio­n of breathing, a misdemeano­r. Unlicensed operation: David P. Brinson, 68, of Greenwich was arrested at 8:25 a.m. May 11 after a property damage accident on Church Street and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeano­r. Contempt: Billy joe E. Ryle, 40, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 6 a.m. May 11 on South Broadway and charged with seconddegr­ee criminal contempt, a misdemeano­r. Drug possession: Christophe­r M. Cuozzo, 24, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 2:38 a.m. May 11 on Jefferson Street and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r. Drugged driving: Tyler M. Gilbert-Kavanaugh, 22, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 10:14 p.m. May 10 on Avenue of the Pines and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeano­r. Pot possession: Madyson A. Gregoire, 23, of Hudson Falls was arrested at 2:34 a.m. May 10 on Union Avenue and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeano­r. Morine, 38, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 2:34 a.m. May 10 on South Street and charged with seventhdeg­ree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeano­rs. Unlicensed operation: Olivia N. Huffman, 23, of Waterford was arrested at 6 p.m. May 9 after a property damage accident on Route 50 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeano­r. Mischief: Dominic J. Minor, 16, of Queensbury was arrested at 9:33 a.m. May 9 on Henning Road and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. Drugged driving: Tess A.
