Mischief: Benjamin H. Emmich, 20, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 4:50 a.m. May 18 on Regent Street and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Assault: Joseph M. Plue, 23, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 12:53 a.m. May 17 on Caroline Street and charged with thirddegree assault, a misdemeanor. DWI: Anna M. Hollander, 54, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 10:16 p.m. May 16 on Union Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Drug possession: Brett L. Lauren-Kennedy, 38, of Schenectady was arrested at 8 p.m. May 16 on Route 50 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. Drugged driving: Michael P. Zorn, 26, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 10:10 p.m. May 15 on New Street and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. Burglary: Michael T. Mulvey, 18, of Gansevoort was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Northern Pines Road and charged with seconddegree burglary and two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny, felonies.

Sentencing: Mary B. Murphy, 49, of Ballston Spa was sentenced May 17 to five years probation after pleading guilty Feb. 16 to first-degree falsifying business records, a class E felony. Sentencing: Lemar Prince, 38, of Troy was sentenced May 17 to 1 1⁄2 to three years in prison after pleading guilty Nov. 30, 2016, to first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony. Plea: William L. Weatherwax, 34, listed as homeless, pleaded guilty May 18 to first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony. Plea: Paul S. Woodcock, 46, of Saratoga Springs pleaded guilty May 18 to driving while intoxicated, a class E felony. Plea; Christian Maldonado, aka “C,” 37, of Queensbury pleaded guilty May 18 to third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class C felony.

DWI: Edward J. Conroy, 39, of Clifton Park was arrested May 19 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.
