Rietfort, 56, of Ballston Lake was arrested May 27 in Clifton Park and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI, misdemeanors. DWI: Joanne Marchin, 62, of Victory Mills was arrested May 28 in Greenwich and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. DWI: Joseph P. Landry, 31, of Greenwich was arrested May 28 in Saratoga and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. DWI: Christopher A. Johnson, 23, of Saratoga Springs was arrested May 29 in Saratoga Sprigns and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to produce a driver’s license, misdemeanors. Assault: David W. Gonzalez, 49, of Providence was arrested May 29 in Clifton Park and charged with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and seconddegree criminal trespass, misdemeanors. Assault: Jennifer A. Deuel, 41, of Clifton Park was arrested May 28 in Clifton Park and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. Assault: George J. Castracani, 46, of Waterford was arrested May 29 in Waterford and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. Bad check: David B. DiSiena, 65, of Mechanicville was arrested May 29 in Malta and charged with issuing a bad check, a misdemeanor.
