Grand larceny: Sherri D. Jackson, 51, of Saratoga Springs was arrested June 12 in Wilton and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony. Drug possession: Douglas A. Milne, 60, of Brighton, Mich., was arrested June 12 in Wilton and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Conspiracy: Frank A. Chrysler, 51, of Watervliet was arrested June 12 in Watervliet and charged with sixth-degree conspiracy, petit larceny and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. The complaint originated in the town of Wilton. Drug possession: Anthony J. Ross, 30, of Hudson falls was arrested June 12 in Malta and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Petit larceny: Joann E. Coumbes, 53, of Kingston was arrested June 13 in Wilton and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Aggravated DWI: Timothy J. Everhardy, 24, of Amsterdam was arrested June 14 in Milton and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI, misdemeanors. Grand larceny: Henry Concepcion Ramos, 42, of Manhattan was arrested June 13 in Goshen and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, felonies. The complaint originated in the town of Halfmoon. Petit larceny: Carl V. Plue, 21, of Round Lake and Mark R. Muller, 20, of Clifton Park were arrested June 13 in Clifton Park and charged with petit larceny, misdemeanors. DWI: Valerie L. Grugan, 46, of Troy was arrested June 13 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
