STILLWATER - Penny J. Bilinski, 71, of Sherman Road, died Saturday, June 3rd at Mary’s Haven, Saratoga Springs, with her lovRobMass­illon. ing son, Cory at her side. Born in Massillon, OH, daughter of the late ert and Kathleen Gutshall Gesaman, she was a 1964 graduate of Washington High School in

As a young woman, she was a factory worker at the Ore Ida plant in Massillon. After moving to New York, she was a Special Needs Aide at Stillwater High School for many years. She was also a member of the Mechanicvi­lle-Stillwater Elks Lodge 1403.

At home, Penny was a voted caregiver and homemaker for her husband and son. Her amazing home cooking was enjoyed by her family and friends alike. Penny had a huge heart and was willing to go the extra distance for anyone in need.

Sadly, Penny was ceased by her husband of 32 years, Douglas J. BilinGesam­an. ski, who died on April 7, 2012. She is survived by her loving and devoted son, Cory B. Bilinski, of Stillwater, and one brother, Rob

To those who may have been missed, please know that although Penny’s ney was a struggle, it was manageable because of the amazing people in her life. Penny wanted to thank you from the bottom of her heart.

Penny always wanted Cory to know how proud she was of him as he gave all he had 100% of the time. Without Cory, Penny would not have had the strength to fight as long as she did. Cory first experience­d the difficult death of his father and now, his sweet mother. Until it was her time to be with the angels, the wonderful comfort, care, and loving thoughts that Cory gave his mother remained with her and sustained her through her final days.

Friends are invited to a service at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylervi­lle, NY on Tuesvisime­modorefh.com day, June 27th at 10AM. Those wishing to attend are asked to be at the tor’s center at 9:45AM. There will be no calling hours.
