Forgery: Yenisleidi P. Quintana, 25, of Hialeah, Fla., was arrested June 20 in Wilton and charged with 13 counts of second-degree forgery and 11 counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, felonies. Drugged driving: Kory J. Sendzik, 25, of Lake George was arrested June 20 in Moreau and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. Mischief: Chad M. Cassell, 39, of Ballston Spa was arrested June 20 in Wilton and charged with second-degree criminal mischief, a felony, second-degree criminal impersonation and seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. DWI: James F. Labarr, 27, of Gansevoort was arrested June 20 in Milton and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent, misdemeanors. Noxious matter possession: Beth E. Kenyon, 28, of Edinburg, Darren S. Illsley, 30, of Edinburg, Darron A. Dingman, 29, of Mayfield, Samantha P. Gatto, 30, of Northville and David A. Kilmartin, 30, of Gloversville were arrested June 21 in Malta and charged with unlawful possession and sale of noxious matter, a misdemeanor. Felony assault: Jesse Imbimbo, 37, of Schenectady was arrested June 21 at the Saratoga County Jail and charged with second-degree assault, a felony. Grand larceny: Sara Reinisch, 37, of Berne was arrested June 21 in Clifton Park and charged with third- and fourth-degree grand larceny, felonies.
