New residences being constructed
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y.» A new Spa City community called The Residences on Union Avenue is under construction and expected to open early next year.
The project, located at 46 Union Ave. in Saratoga Springs, is the latest from Saratoga Springs companies Bonacio Construction and Julie & Co. Realty.
Established in 1957, Moore Hall, a Skidmore dormitory, will now be the location of a five-building property with on-site parking.
Bonacio Construction in conjunction with, Norstar Development USA, L.P, will create exterior features reminiscent of traditional Saratoga charm while the interior will afford luxurious living and modern amenities, a press release said.
The new residences boasts being nearby downtown Saratoga Springs, Congress Park and the Saratoga Race Course, offering guests easy access to the city’s culture, dining, thoroughbred racing, architecture, arts and outdoor space.
Units in The Residences on Union Avenue are priced between $689,900 and $895,500 for one-, two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from 1,375 to 2,416 square feet.
This includes features like steel appliances, granite countertops, gas fireplaces, terraces with electric and water and custom closet packages, along with amenities such as security cameras on premises, secured designated parking and video intercom.
The Residences on Union Avenue are planned for March 2018 occupancy.
