Contraband: Mark Edward Cook, 26, was arrested June 15 at the Saratoga County Jail and charged with firstdegree promoting prison contraband. Weapon possession: Kenneth R. Cole, 67, was arrested June 15 in Ballston and charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle. Petit larceny: Dakari A. Nino, 16, was arrested June 15 and charged with petit larceny. Assault: James S. Sluti, 33, was arrested June 15 in Wilton and charged with third-degree assault. Contempt: Kassandra Lee Duffney, 26, was arrested June 15 in Corinth and charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Aggravated harassment: Eric D. Wald, 39, was arrested June 15 in Clifton Park and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. Attempted assault: Tyler S. Yost, 17, was arrested June 19 in Milton and charged with reckless endangerment of property. Fugitive: Bryan C. Lux, 48, was arrested June 19 in the town of Saratoga as a fugitive from justice. Suspended registration: Jihada E. Murray, 46, was arrested June 20 in Clifton Park and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Petit larceny: Christina L. Pilkington, 37, was arrested June 20 in Wilton and charged with petit larceny. Drugged driving: Joshua James Duckett, 28, was arrested June 20 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. DWI: Travis J.
