Mosher, 51, of Moreau was sentenced June 27 to 10 years probation after pleading guilty May 2 to firstdegre­e sexual abuse, a class D violent. Sentencing: Wayne S. Rogers, 32, of Thurman was sentenced June 27 to six months in jail and five years

probation after pleading guilty May 3 to third-degree burglary. Sentencing: John D. Miller Jr., 44, of Albany was sentenced June 27 to 2 1⁄2 to five years in state prison after pleading guilty May 2 to second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony. Indictment: Thomas J. Bull, 28, of Stillwater was indicted June 27 on charges of aggravated driving while intoxicate­d and two counts of DWI, class E felonies. Indictment: Yves B. Phillipe, 22, of Port Chester was indcited June 27 on charges of third-degree rape and third-degree criminal sexual act, class E felonies, and false personatio­n, a class B misdemeano­r.

Sherman, 19, of Schuylervi­lle was arrested June 26 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny, misdemeano­rs. Burglar tools: Mark R. Muller, 20, of Clifton Park was arrested June 26 in Clifton Park and charged with possession of burglar tools and petit larceny, misdemeano­rs.
