This month’s event theme is “Culture, Diversity & Inclusion,”providing a space for connecting, exchange, and learning. Monument Square will have information from organizations such as, the Albany branch of the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, the Pride Center of the Capital Region, and The New Russia Cultural Center, an organization striving to expand the public’s understanding and appreciation of Russian arts, history and culture in the United States.

As always, throughout the evening attendees will be able to enjoy art events, music venues, restaurants and boutiques of all varieties.

Eateries will offer both global and local cuisines, including Lebanese, Mediterranean, Korean and Greek dishes.

Sunhee’s Farm and Kitchen on Ferry Street, a business by immigrants for immigrants, will have a #weareimmigrants photo booth campaign, along with an immigrant story sharing program.

Entertainment will range from bellydancing to local artwork to altcountry, folky Americana music.

River Street shop Nine Steps Away to Africa will be selling African jewelry, Dashiki clothing, drums, shea butter and black soaps.
