Free concert series starts today
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. » The Saratoga Summer Concert Series returns for its 2017 season in Congress Park on July 2.
This free, family-friendly event is a program of the Saratoga Heritage Area Visitor Center in cooperation with the Saratoga Convention and Tourism Bureau and the city of Saratoga Springs.
Shows begin at 7 p.m. at the War Memorial in Congress Park and each concert will run for approximately 90 minutes. The concert rain location is at The Saratoga Heritage Area Visitor Center at 297 Broadway.
The concert dates and performers as follows:
• Sunday, July 2 — Betsy and the ByeGons: 60’s girl-group sound with classic rock edge. Visit www.betsyandthebyegons.com to learn more.
• Sunday, July 9 — Fenimore Blues: an eclectic mix of blues, rock and R & B. Learn more on their Facebook page.
• Sunday, July 16 — Skippy & the Pistons: entertaining audiences throughout New England, Skippy & the Pistons offers music for everyone.
