Imprisonment: Michael W. Lemons, 36, of Schenectady was arrested at 4:28 a.m. July 10 on Lake Avenue and charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors.

Trespass: Dillion C. Poirer, 17, of Greeenfirld, Danel E. Callaghan, 16, and Chard M. Cruger, 18, both of Saratoga Springs were arrested at 3:19 a.m. July 10 on Whitney Place and charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor.

Drug possession: Brianne E. Cogan, 32, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 9:30 p.m. July 9 on Michael Drive and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

Mischief: Lindsey A. Siedlecki, 26, of Troy was arrested at 4:15 a.m. July 9 on Putnam Street and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and third-degree attempted assault, a misdemeanor.

Stolen property: Jayvan G. Roberts, 22, of Schenectady was arrested at 3:35 a.m. July 9 on Nelson Avenue and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor. Also arrestd was Cleon B. Brown, 31, of Schenectady who was chharged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Aggravated DWI: Brittany E. Lowell, 29, of Dolgeville was arrested July 9 on Maple Avenue and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

DWI: Matthew P. Waddell, 32, of Greenfield Center was arrested at 12:52 a.m. July 9 on Hamilton Street and charged with driving while intoxiated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Unlicensed operation: Margaret K. Knight, 36, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 6:30 p.m. July 8 on West Avenue and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

Marijuana possession: Brittany L. Sader, 28, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 4:44 p.m. July 8 on Woodlawn Avenue and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor.

Contempt: Samantha K. Bogdanowicz, 23, of Amsterdam was arrested at 2:16 a.m. July 8 on Route 50 and charged with seconddegree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Also arrested was Israel M. Bradley, 29, of Schenectady who was

charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Michael D. Holenstein, 27, of Newton, N.J., was arrested at 2:12 a.m. July 8 on Union Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

Petit larceny: Tyler M. Kraus, 19, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 10:42 p.m. July 7 on Lincoln Avenue and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Stolen property: Patrick R. Vezau, 52, of Schenectady was arrested at 6:36 p.m. July 7 on Route 50 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors.

Petit larceny: Meghan E. Smith, 19, of Saratoga Springs and Lisa A. Smith, 48, of Wilton were arrested July 9 in Wilton and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. DWI: Brian A Mauran, 57, of Gansevoort was arrested July 10 in Moreau and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Aggravated DWI: Andrew T. Meade, 32, of Saratoga Springs was arrested July 10 in Malta and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI, misdemeanors.

Drug possession: Carrie D. Stgelais, 39, of Clifton Park was arrested July 9 in Halfmoon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny, misdemeanors.
