Sexual abuse: Oscar Catalan, 29, was arrested July 20 in Milton and charged with first- and third-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. Grand larceny: John Wilson Young, 30, was arrested July 20 and charged with third-degree grand larceny and third-degree forgery. Drug sales: Vasco D. Hale, 41, was arrested July 20 and charged with two counts each of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third- and seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Vehicular assault: Steven A. Thornhill, 31, was arrested July 21 and charged with second-degree vehicular assault and driving while intoxicated. Drug possession: Danielle M. Devito, 35, was arrested July 21 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument. Contempt: Robert J. Rogers, 50, was arrested July 21 in Wilton and charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Assault: Devin Tyler Hayes, 20, was arrested July 21 in Wilton and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful imprisonment. Petit larceny: Rebecca L. Zuckerwar, 31, was arrested July 21 in Milton and charged with petit larceny. Stolen property: Tammy M. Auspelmyer, 50, was arrested July 21 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Aggravated DWI: Kari A. Casey, 47, was arrested July 21 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent. Identity theft: Gina M. Burt, 32, was arrested July 22 in Waterford and charged with two counts of seconddegree identity theft and fourth-degree grand larceny. Assault: Akiva D. Abraham, 52, was arrested July 22 in Milton and charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. BWI: Andrew C. Dufort, 21, was arrested July 22 on Saratoga Lake in Malta and charged with two counts of boating while intoxicated and reckless operation of a vessel. Robbery: Benjamin J. Deeb, 37, was arrested July 22 in Ballston Spa and charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Bad check: Nancy J. Lucas, 55, was arrested July 23 in Ballston Spa and charged with issuing a bad check. Contempt: Courtney L. Bordeau, 34, was arrested July 23 in Milton and charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Burglary: Kile William West, 22, was arrested July 24 in Ballston Spa and charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny and thirddegree identity theft. Reckless driving: Skyler C. McConchie, 20, was arrested July 24 in the town of Saratoga and charged with two counts of reckless driving. Aggravated harassment: Shelley M. Green, 20, was arrested July 24 in Cohoes and charged with seconddegree aggravated harassment. Assault: Kimberly A. Duarte-Martinez, 44, was arrested July 24 in Ballston and charged with seconddegree assault, aggravated criminal contempt and resisting arrest. Petit larceny: Tyler R. Paradise, 27, was arrested July 24 in Malta and charged with petit larceny. Endangerment: Shane R. Irish, 31, was arrested July 25 in Milton and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment. Suspended registration: John R. Maynard, II, 37, of Mechanicville was arrested July 20 on Hudson Avenue and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. Warrant: Nicholas P. Travis, 33, of Clifton Park was arrested July 21 on a warrant from Mechanicville City Court. Petit larceny: Mason Weber, 24, of Stillwater was arrested July 22 and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Suspended registration: Tina E. Davis, 37, of Stillwater was arrested July 22 on Hudson Avenue and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. Selling medication: Sharon A. Perdue, 52, of Stillwater was arrested July 22 and charged with criminal diversion of prescription medication, a misdemeanor.

Plea: Jacob A. Luciano, 23, pleaded guilty July 27 to third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and was placed on interim probation to include treatment court.

Drugged driving: Eirik P. Wanser, 34, of Ballston Spa was arrested July 27 in Moreau and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Grand larceny: Nelson D. Bruno, 28, and Tyler R. Paradis, 27, both of Malta were arrested July 27 in Malta and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony. Paradis was also charged with third-degree burglary, a felony, and possession of burglar tools, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. Impersonation: Frank M. Koehler, 61, of Albany was arrested July 27 in Clifton Park and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor. DWI: Alicia L. Williams, 37, of Cambridge was arrestd July 27 in Schuylerville and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Felony DWI: Jason M. Watkins, 41, of Cambridge was arrested July 27 in the town of Saratoga and charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony because of a previous conviction within the past 10 years, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, also a felony, and using a vehicle without an interlocking device, a misdemeanor.
