Clifford, 34, of Saratoga Springs was charged Aug. 10 with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal tampering, a misdemeanor. Unlicensed: Wesley A. Armstrong, 54, of Corinth was charged Aug. 10 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Trespass: Melvin J. PerezHernandez, 33, of Boyton Beach, Fla., was charged Aug. 10 with third-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. He was also arrested on the same charge Aug. 9. Larceny: Sydney D. Dutrow, 56, of Gansevoort was charged Aug. 10 with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor. DWI: Alexander N. Brown, 30, of Chesapeake, Va., was charged Aug. 10 with speeding, passing a red traffic signal light, and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and misdemeanor driving with a blood-alcohol content higher than or equal to 0.08 percent. DWI: Jennifer E. Villanova, 29, of Clifton Park was charged Aug. 10 with felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving with a bloodalcohol content higher than or equal to 0.08 percent, speeding and unsafe lane change. DWI: Michael J. Klein, 53, of Spring Hill, Fla., was charged Aug. 9 with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, consumption of alcoholic beverages, improper left turn and failure to keep right. Impaired: Richard R. Saunders, 19, of Ballston Spa was charged Aug. 9 with misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, right of way violation/left turn and failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk. Leaving scene: Napoleon L. Johnson, 52, of Loudonville was charged Aug. 9 with misdemeanor leaving the scene of an auto accident and misdemeanor aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd/based on mandatory suspension. DWI: Lucas W. Jones, 39, of Schuylerville was charged Aug. 8 with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, consumption of alcoholic beverages, failure to keep right, speeding, no/ expired inspection certificate, failure to signal a turn, refusing a pre-scree test and unlawful possession of marijuana. Possession: Michael J. Blair, 39, of Quincy, Mass., was charged Aug. 8 with felony third-degree criminal possession of marjuana and following a motor vehicle too closely. Unlicensed: Dane J. Noel, 29, of Breaux Bridge, La., was charged Aug. 8 with misdemeanor third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding. Larceny: Nicholas E. Welch, 23, of Saratoga Springs was charged Aug. 7 with misdemeanor petit larceny. Open container: Kevin D. Germain, 58, of Saratoga Springs was charged Aug. 7 with having an open container. Possession: Taylor J. Bradtke, 21, of Ballston Spa was charged Aug. 7 with unlawful possession of marijuana and an equipment violation. Larceny: Karen F. Fountain, 52, of Philadelphia was charged Aug. 7 with misdemeanor petit larceny.
