Assault: Vincent Cottone, 48, of Wilton, was charged Aug. 10 with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, and seconddegree unlawful imprisonment, all misdemeanors. Possession: Eric E. Estabrook, 34, of South Glens Falls, was charged Aug. 9 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, both misdemeanors. DWI: Anthony V. Dechiaro, 42, of Cohoes, was charged Aug. 9 in Saratoga Springs with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content higher than or equal to 0.08 percent, a misdemeanor; and failure to keep right on a two-lane road, an infraction. Possession: Patrick S. Sheedy, 20, of Clifton Park, was charged Aug. 9 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and disorderly conduct, a violation. Possession: Rebecca E. Aldous, 28, of Gloversville, was charged Aug. 9 in Clifton Park with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Impaired: Frederick D. Bump, 25, of Oppenheim was charged Aug. 9 in Clifton Park with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor; and having a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation. DWI: Samantha T. Becker, 24, of Shushan, was charged Aug. 10 in Saratoga with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content higher than or equal to 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Possession: Amy W. Washburn, 39, of Mechanicville was charged Aug. 10 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Possession: Joseph J. Owens, 52, of Mechanicville was charged Aug. 10 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; and having a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation. DWI: Michael C. Belknap, 36, of Clifton Park was charged Aug. 10 with aggravated unlicensed operation 1-alcohol, a felony; driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; and aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor.
