Hughes, 45, of Boston was arrested at 7 p.m. Aug. 28 on Excelsior Avenue and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor. DWI: Matias Ezequiel-Rojas, 27, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 2:51 a.m. Aug. 28 on Grand Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Mischief: James S. Sluti, 33, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 6:11 a.m. Aug. 27 on Allen Drive and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Drug possession: Bryan D. Webb, 55, of Queensbury was arrested at 10:05 p.m. Aug. 26 on Gridley Street and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. Also arrested was Andrew C. Drellos, 29, of Clifton Park, who was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Unlicensed operation: Kyle D.C. Shuhart, 30, of Stillwater was arrested at 4:06 a.m. Aug. 26 on Broadway and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Weapon possession: Jesse R. Coleman, 33, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 12:13 a.m. Aug. 26 after a property damage accident on Route 50 and charged with thirddegree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Assault: Norman P. Fuller, 47, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 4:42 p.m. Aug. 25 on South Federal Street and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors.
