AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY: The next meeting for the Henry Cornell Post 234 American Legion Auxiliary will meet on Tuesday, September 5, at 7 p.m . While meetings are usually held on the first Monday of the month, because the first Monday in September is Labor Day this month’s meeting will be held the following Tuesday at 23 Pleasant street , Ballston Spa. CATHOLIC DAUGHTERS: The Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court McLaughlin #422, will hold their first meeting of the 2017⁄2018 calendar year on Tuesday, September 5, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 50 Pine Road in Saratoga Springs. All will gather at 6 p.m. for light refreshments; the meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. Members are asked to bring a dish and/or beverage to share. New members are always welcome to attend a meeting to meet members of the court and ask questions.
