Sexual abuse: Steven A. Overcash, 26, of Fort Edward was arrested Aug. 30 in Moreau and charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a felony. Assault: Rene A. Villegas, 21, of Saratoga Springs was arrested Aug. 30 in Northumberland and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. DWI: Marck A. Carone, 40, of Newington, Conn., was arrested Aug. 30 in Saratoga Springs and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Drugged driving: Jeffrey O. Antidormi, 25, of Rensselaer was arrested Aug. 30 in Malta and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. DWI: Margaret L. Anderson, 25, of Schenectady was arrested Aug. 31 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Drugged driving: Richard B. Robinson, 23, of Gansevoort was arrested Aug. 30 in Greenwich and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony. DWI: Katherin Beade, 21, of Miami Beach, Fla., was arrested Aug. 30 in Saratoga Springs and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.
