Mischief: Karl M. Wendell, 46, of Greenfield Center was arrested Sept. 9 in Greenfield and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and petit larceny.

DWI: Andrew M. Krutz, 30, of Queensbury was arrested Sept. 9 in Greenfield and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Rape: Kevin T. Pickett, 19, of Warrensburg was arrested Sept. 9 in Hadley and charged with second-degree rape and second-degree criminal sexual act, felonies, and acting in a manner to injure a child, a misdemeanor.

Contempt: Todd J. Barnes, 47, of Ballston Spa was arrested Sept. 9 in Ballston Spa and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Contempt: Daniel R. Izzo, 39, of Mechanicville was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.

Felony DWI: Nicholas F. Canterino, 28, of Greenfield Center was arrested Sept. 10 in Saratoga Springs and charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony because of a previous drunken driving conviction within the past 10 years, and aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor.

Felony DWI: Charles S. Trainosky, 32, of Clifton Park was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a felony because of three prior drunken driving convictions, and DWI, a misdemeanor.

DWI: David A. Cummings, 41, of Glenville was arrested Sept. 10 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting

arrest, misdemeanors. DWI: Justin M. Cummins, 36, of Queensbury was arrested Sept. 11 in Moreau and charged with drivign while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Reckless driving: Patric G. Caparas, 24, of Ballston Lake was arrested Sept. 10 in Malta and charged with reckless driving, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and third-degree falsely reporting an emergency, misdmeanors.

DWI: David E. Carleton, 34, of Ballston Spa was arrested Sept. 10 in Milton and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Stolen property: Ciara M. Franklin, 31, of Schenectady was arrested Sept. 10 in Clifton Park and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony.
