Drug possession: Juan D. Jeanty, 42, of Schenectady, and Azizi J. Smith, 40, of Schuylerville were arrested at 3 a.m. Sept. 19 on Lake Avenue and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Azizi was also charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and circumventing a court-ordered interlocking device, misdemeanors. Stolen property: Glenn D. Clark, 22, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 8:48 p.m. Sept. 17 on Congress Avenue and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor. Contempt: Christian B. Huston, 26, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 5:40 p.m. Sept. 17 on Grand Avenue and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Aggravated DWI: Devin P. Nelepovitz, 29, of Watervliet was arrested at 4 a.m. Sept. 17 on Putnam Street and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Unlicensed operation: Izaiah Rodriguez, 18, of Cohoes was arrested at 9:51 p.m. Sept. 16 on Union Avenue and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Unlicensed operation: Muhammad N. Jahangir, 22, of Queensbury was arrested at 9:35 p.m. Sept. 16 on Congress Street and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Resisting arrest: Corey E. McCann, 20, of Amsterdam was arrested at 5:46 p.m. Sept. 16 on Congress Street and charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. Unlicensed operation: Ryan W. Boyce, 25, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at noon Sept. 16 after a property damage accident on Route 50 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Menacing: Donald V. Marsh, 53, of Waterford was arrested at 4:25 a.m. Sept. 16 on Caroline Street and charged with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and carrying an animal in a cruel manner, misdemeanors. Petit larceny: Russell L. Palmateer, 40, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Sept. 15 on Caroline Street and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Unlicensed operation: Kellsey M. Fraher, 23, of Greenwich was arrested at 8:49 p.m. Sept. 15 on Lake Avenue and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

Grand larceny: Megan Renee Cochrane, 33, was arrested Sept. 16 in Ballston and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny. Unlicensed operation: Michael P. Andrews, 29, was arrested Sept. 16 in Halfmoon and charged with seconddegree aggravated unlicensed operation. DWI: Jason T. Mimick, 44, was arrested Sept. 15 in Milton and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent. Falsifying records: Nicole D. Delaurie, 22, was arrested Sept. 15 in Wilton and charged with second-degree falsifying business records and petit larceny. DWI: Johann B. LaFlamme, 42, was arrested Sept. 15 in Ballston and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Petit larceny: Jennifer M. Falcon, 31, was arrested Sept. 15 in Wilton and charged with petit larceny. Grand larceny: Andrew James Peterson, 56, was arrested Sept. 15 in Milton and charged with second-degree grand larceny. Aggravated DWI: Eric J. Buell, 33, was arrested Sept. 15 in Albany and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI. DWI: Richard A. Palmer, 43, was arrested Sept. 14 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrested and fourthdegree attempted criminal mischief. Contempt: Eric D. Wald, 39, was arrested Sept. 14 in Clifton Park and charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Unlicensed operation: Robert H. Elting, 48, was arrested Sept. 14 in Halfmoon and charged with seconddegree aggravated unlicensed operation. Contraband: David W. Swartz, 32, was arrested Sept. 14 in Milton and charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband.

Petit larceny: Andrea L. Farrow, 28, of Ballston Lake was arrested Sept. 14 in Clifton Park and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. DWI: Jeffrey P. Alling, 27, of Ballston Lake was arrested Sept. 15 in Ballston and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Assault: Arthur J. Seltzer, 28, of Natick, Mass., was arrested Sept. 14 in Halfmoon and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors. Drug possession: James P. Purdy, 30, of Stillwater was arrested Sept. 15 in Stillwater and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. Aggravated DWI: Joshua C. Bauer, 36, of Ballston Spa was arrested Sept. 16 in the town of Saratoga and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI, misdemeanors. Mischief: James J. Hlavaty, 39, of Halfmoon was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Also arrested in the same incident was Maria A.
