SARATOGA SPRINGS CITY CHARTER: The League of Women Voters of Saratoga County is sponsoring a public meeting on the proposed new City Charter which will be on the November ballot for the residents of Saratoga Springs. Three members of the Charter Review Commission will describe the process the commission used to study various forms of government for cities, and share how they reached the decision to recommend a new charter for the city of Saratoga Springs. They will point out differences between the old charter and the one being proposed. Pattie Garrett of LWV Saratoga will be the moderator.
