Grand larceny: Dakota A. Smith, 22, of Saratoga Springs was arrested Oct. 3 in Wilton and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, felonies.

DWI: Keenan A. Che, 26, of Mechanicville was arrested Oct. 3 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

Drug possession: Brian J. Guilder, 37, of Corinth was arrested Oct. 4 in Wilton and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny, misdemeanors. Also arrested were 20-year-old Matthew J. McGovern of Glens Falls, who was charged with petit larceny, and Leah T. Detroye, 20, of Porter Corners, who was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor.

Burglary: Jamel D. Gray, 22, of Ballston Spa was arrested Oct. 4 in Malta and charged with thirddegree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree grand larceny, felonies.

Burglary: Mason A. Weber, 24, of Stillwater was arrested Oct. 4 in Malta and charged with thirddegree burglary, a felony, and third-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. Drugged driving: Donald J. Koenig, 46, of Corinth was arrested Oct. 4 in the town of Saratoga and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, reckless

driving, third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors.

Drug possession: Derrick R. Walton, 35, of Rutland, Vt., was arrested Oct. 4 in Clifton Park and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of narcotics, felonies, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors. Unlicensed operation: Alycia M. Jaeger, 27, of Ballston Spa was arrested Oct. 5 in the town of Saratoga and charged with thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.
