Sentencing: David A. Chank, 72, of Clifton Park was sentenced Oct. 3 to 1 1⁄3 to four years in state prison after pleading guilty Aug. 22 to possession of a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony.
Indictment: John W. Cole, 52, of Clifton Park was indicted Oct. 3 on charges of second-degree assault, a class D violent felony, second-degree vehicular assault, a class E felony, driving while intoxicated and reckless driving, misdemeanors.
Indictment: Matthew T. Lloyd, 28, of Saratoga was indicted Oct. 3 on charges of seconddegree assault, a class D violent felony, second-degree attempted assault, a class E felony, resisting arrest and second-degree menacing, misdemeanors.
Indictment: Rebecca L. Valente, 32, of Cohoes was indicted Oct. 3 on charges of second-degree burglary, a class C violent felony, third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony, third-degree attempted assault, second-degree criminal trespass and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors.
Plea: Thomas J. Bull, 29, of Stillwater pleaded guilty Oct. 4 to driving while intoxicated, a class E felony.
Plea: Michael R. Richard, 35, of Glens Falls pleaded guilty Oct. 4 to fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony.
Plea: Paul J. Sims, 25, of Stillwater pleaded guilty Oct. 4 to driving while intoxicated, a class D felony, third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony.
