Indecent materials: Matthew P. Delucca, 30, of Fort Edward was arrested Oct. 18 in Moreau and charged with second-degree disseminating indecent materials to minors, a felony.

Drug possession: Nicolas J. Sicard, 23, of Clifton Park was arrested Oct. 19 in Malta and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors.

Drugged driving: Martyna A. Chorzempa, 24, of Saratoga Springs was arrested Oct. 18 in Malta and charged with firstdegree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor.

Petit larceny: Levi J. Brockway, 20, of Pattersonville was arrested Oct. 18 in Malta and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Grand larceny: David Bowman, 62, of Malta was arrested Oct. 18 in Malta and charged with fourthdegree grand larceny, a felony, and illegal use of industrial equipment, a misdemeanor.

Contempt: Nicholas J. Bordeau, 26, of Rotterdam was arrested Oct. 18 in Schuylerville and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony.

Assault: Stephen F. Lapierre, 49, of Saratoga was arrested Oct. 18 in the town of Saratoga and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Eileen M. Mangan, 25, of Lake Luzerne was arrested Oct. 18 in Malta and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Grand larceny: Aaron C. Collington, 48, of Troy was arrested Oct. 18 in Clifton Park and charged with third-degree grand larceny.

Drug possession: Hassan Saleh, 28, of Latham was arrested Oct. 18 in Halfmoon and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of marijuana, misdemeanors.
