Sentencing: Morgan C. McKinnon-Burgess, 20, was sentenced Nov. 2 to three years probation after pleading guilty Sept. 8 to seconddegree forgery, a class D felony.

Sentencing: Lance E. Abare, 26, of Corinth was sentenced Nov. 2 to one to three years in state prison after pleading guilty Sept. 8 to driving while intoxicated, a class E felony. He was also sentenced to 1.5 to three years in prison after pleading guilty to third-degree burglary, a class D felony.

Sentencing: Lisa J. Davis, 38, of Halfmoon was sentenced Nov. 2 to nine months in jail after pleading guilty May 22 to second-degree attempted assault, a class E felony, and nine months in jail after pleading guilty to endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. The sentences will run concurrently. Stillwater Police Department Unlicensed operation: Lahjahniek S. Ramdene, 22, of Albany was arrested Oct. 28 on Hudson Avenue and charged with thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, misdmeanors. Unlicensed operation: Hazem A. Amer, 28, of Saratoga Springs on Route 76 and charged with thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

Unlicensed operation: Shannon M. Cuff, 29, of Mechanicville was arrested Oct. 30 on Route 76 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Unlicensed operation: Scott M. Thibodeau, 45, of Clifton Park was arrested Oct. 31 on Route 67 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors.

Petit larceny: Heather E. Schrimsher, 25, listed as homeless was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
