Welfare fraud: Clifford Williams, 54, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 9:41 a.m. Nov. 9 on Lake Avenue and charged with first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, a felony, and fifth-degree welfare fraud, a misdemeanor. Weapons possession: Daniel B. Bonesteel, 49, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 5 p.m. Nov. 8 on Zephyr Lane and charged with four counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree assault, misdmeanors. Unlicensed operation: Glen A. Perry, 33, of Corinth was arrested at 12:26 p.m. Nov. 8 on West Circular Street and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdmeanor. Assault: Kevin D. Gailor, 30, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 2:28 a.m. Nov. 8 on Lake Avenue and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. Also arrested was Katelyn A. Spadafora, 28, of Ballston Spa, who was charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Resisting arrest: Randy L. Jones, 50, of Schenectady was arrested at 11:37 a.m. Nov. 7 on Congress Street and charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. Unlicensed operation: Fernando Loachamin, 30, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 9 p.m. Nov. 6 on West Avenue and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Marijuana sales: Jonathan A. Shannon, 19, of Greenfield Center was arrested on a warrant at 2:55 p.m. Nov. 6 on Lake Avenue and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of marijuana, a felony.
