Dalzell, 36, of Saratoga Springs was arrested Nov. 8 in the town of Saratoga and charged with torture/injure/ not feeding an animal, a misdemeanor. Endangerment: Keith A. Deno, 45, of Ballston Lake was arrested Nov. 8 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Mischief: Nathan J. Labombard, 26, ogf Milton was arrested Nov. 9 and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Grand larceny: Patrick T. Perkins, 29, of Ballston Spa was arrested Nov. 8 in Clifton Park and charged with thirddegree grand larceny, a felony. Stalking: Michael D. Addy, 47, of Schenectady was arrested Nov. 8 in Clifton Park and charged with fourth-degree stalking, a misdemeanor. Injuring a child: Bruce P. Douglas, 46, of Rexford was arrested Nov. 8 in Clifton Park and charged with acting in a manner to injure a child, a misdemeanor. Grand larceny: Tina M. Ladd, 36, of Hadley was arrested Nov. 9 in Hadley and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony. Stalking: Kiefer B.
