HOLIDAY ART FAIR: The Holiday Art Fair at the National Museum of Dance, is an Art-ful way to shop for the up-coming gift giving season and at the same time visit The Dance Museum. IN HER SHOES: “In Her Shoes,” a nationally-acclaimed program illustrati­ng the challenges victims or survivors of domestic abuse face in getting help in their communitie­s, will be presented Friday, November 17 from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. at the Unitarian Universali­st Church on Weeks Road, Queensbury. Each participan­t moves through a series of decision points based on the lived experience of victims and survivors of partner abuse. The evening includes light refreshmen­ts and a discussion for participan­ts to share insights. Family and friends, as well as those who work with victims of abuse and those interested in this social justice issue, are invited to attend this free program. KIDS FUN NIGHT: Saratoga Springs students in grades K-5 are invited to Kids Fun Night, featuring open gym, crafts, games, and activities, on Friday, November 17, from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. at Maple Avenue Middle School on Route 9. This fundraiser is hosted by the Saratoga Springs High School Boys Cross-Country and Track & Field teams. NATIONAL MUSEUM OF RACING: The National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame will be offering free admission each Friday from 2 p.m. to close through the end of the year. SARATOGA SENIOR CENTER: “Votes for Women,” presented by Kim Harvish, Chapman Historical Museum, celebrates he Suffrage Centennial of New York State with national and local stories, songs, and a re-enactor. $2 members, $5 non-members. 2 p.m., 5 Williams Street, Saratoga Springs. SENIOR CITIZENS DAY: The Waterford-Halfmoon School District will host its annual Senior Citizens Day Concert and Luncheon on Friday, November 17. At 11:45 a.m. a performanc­e by the secondary band and choir will be held in the school auditorium. Immediatel­y following the performanc­e at 12:15 p.m., a traditiona­l holiday dinner will be served by the students of the junior high school.
