Vehicular assault; David Lamar, 46, of Albany was arrested Nov. 10 in Malta and charged with aggravated vehicular assault, leaving the scene of a serious injury accident and driving while intoxicated, felonies. The DWI charges is a felony because of a previous drunken driving conviction within the past 10 years.

Contempt: Joseph C. Kelly, 20, of Rotterdam was arrested Nov. 10 in Halfmoon and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Brittney D. Jaworski, 32, of Schuylerville was arrested Nov. 10 in the town of Saratoga and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

DWI: David A. Johnson, 37, of Saratoga Springs was arrested Nov. 11 in Saratoga Springs and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Drug possession: Michael H. Stockwell, 38, of Fort Edward was arrested Nov. 11 in Moreau and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Stolen property: Samuel R. Heroux, 20, of Clifton Park was arrested Nov. 12 in Clifton Park and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and petit larceny, misdemeanors.

Drug possession: Destiny M. Robinson, 22, of Corinth was arrested Nov. 11 in Galway and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. Drug possession: Daniel J. Harrod, 29, of Waterford was arrested Nov. 11 in Malta and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Assault: Jihad R. Yazbeck, 45, of Halfmoon was arrested Nov. 11 in Halfmoon and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. Contempt: Anthony D. Savoca, 30, of Halfmoon was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with seconddegree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment, misdemeanors.

Drug possession: James D. Nowiak, 25, of Scotia was arrested Nov. 11 in Clifton Park and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Joseph W. Morehouse, 40, of Saratoga was arrested Nov. 11 in Fort Edward and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Drugged driving: Steven E. Garb, 50, of Queensbury was arrested Nov. 12 in Wilton and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. Petit larceny: Stephen W. Rubaszek, 29, of Saratoga Springs was arrested Nov. 12 in Malta and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Drug possession: Roger E. Tucker, 47, of Halfmoon was arrested Nov. 12 in Halfmoon and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Petit larceny: Nathan M. Arnold, 26, of Mechanicville was arrested Nov. 12 in Clifton Park and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
