Contempt: Susan E. Steenburgh, 32, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 1:54 a.m. Nov. 17 on Allen Drive and charged with aggravated criminal contempt, a felony, thirddegree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors. Also arrested was James S. Sluti, 33, of Saratoga Springs who was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.

Drug sales: Zachary J. Johnson, 20, of Ganesvoort was arrested on a warrant at 12:43 p.m. Nov. 16 on Lake Avenue and charged with two counts of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony.

DWI: Michael E. Ballaris, 29, of Portland, Ore., was arrested at 2:26 a.m. Nov. 16 on Route 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Mischief: Michael O. Murphy, 53, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 10 p.m. Nov. 15 on Stonybrook Drive and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, misdemeanors. Unlicensed operation: Kimberly A. Chrysler, 21, of Ganesvoort was arrested at 5 p.m. Nov. 15 after a property damage accident on Maple Avenue and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

Endangerment: Clifford L. Staring, 60, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 15 on Perry Street and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment. Contempt: Matthan Garland, 30, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on a warrant at 3:42 p.m. Nov. 14 on Lake Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.
