Indictment: Herbert J. Vanaken, 45, of Providence was indicted Nov. 16 on three counts of predatory sexual assault against a child, a class A-II felony, and two counts of first-degree seuxal abuse, a class D felony.
Indictment: Nikolai M. Mavashev, 19, of Mechanicville was indicted Nov. 16 on charges of first- and second-degree mruder, class A-I felonies, three counts of first-degree robbery, a class B felony, first-degree assault, a class B violent felony, two counts of first-degree criminal use of a firearm, a class B violent felony, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated criminal possession of a weapon, class C violent felonies, manufacturing, transporting, disposing and deffacing weapons and dangerous instruments and appliances, a class D felony, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, petit larceny and unlawfully growing cannabis, misdemeanors.
Indictment: Joseph A. Broscko, 17, of Clifton Park was indicted Nov. 16 on charges of first- and second-degree mruder, class A-I felonies, three counts of firstdegree robbery, a class B felony, first-degree assault, a class B violent felony, two counts of first-degree criminal use of a firearm, a class B violent felony, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated criminal possession of a weapon, class C violent felonies, manufacturing, transporting, disposing and deffacing weapons and dangerous instruments and appliances, a class D felony, fifthdegree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny, misdmeanors.
Sentencing: Antonio E. Barrone, 48, of Albany was sentenced Nov. 16 to one to three years in state prison after pleading guilty Sept. 1 to two counts of driving while intoxicated, a class E felony, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a class E felony, second- and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree criminal impersonation, third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and reckless driving, misdemeanors.

while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Petit larceny: Chynah M. McCalmon, 19, of Albany was arrested Nov. 16 in Halfmoon and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Trespass: Erik R. Clute, 44, of Bangor, Maine, was arrested Nov. 16 in Halfmoon and charged with thirddegree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor.
