Indictment: Patrick J. Disbrow, 36, of Gansevoort was indicted Nov. 16 on charges of third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeano­r.

Indictment: Herbert J. Vanaken, 45, of Providence was indicted Nov. 16 on three counts of predatory sexual assault against a child, a class A-II felony, and two counts of first-degree seuxal abuse, a class D felony.

Mavashev, 19, of Mechanicvi­lle was indicted Nov. 16 on charges of first- and second-degree mruder, class A-I felonies, three counts of first-degree robbery, a class B felony, first-degree assault, a class B violent felony, two counts of first-degree criminal use of a firearm, a class B violent felony, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated criminal possession of a weapon, class C violent felonies, manufactur­ing, transporti­ng, disposing and deffacing weapons and dangerous instrument­s and appliances, a class D felony, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, petit larceny and unlawfully growing cannabis, misdemeano­rs.

Indictment: Joseph A. Broscko, 17, of Clifton Park was indicted Nov. 16 on charges of first- and second-degree mruder, class A-I felonies, three counts of firstdegre­e robbery, a class B felony, first-degree assault, a class B violent felony, two counts of first-degree criminal use of a firearm, a class B violent felony, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated criminal possession of a weapon, class C violent felonies, manufactur­ing, transporti­ng, disposing and deffacing weapons and dangerous instrument­s and appliances, a class D felony, fifthdegre­e criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny, misdmeanor­s.

Sentencing: Antonio E. Barrone, 48, of Albany was sentenced Nov. 16 to one to three years in state prison after pleading guilty Sept. 1 to two counts of driving while intoxicate­d, a class E felony, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a class E felony, second- and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree criminal impersonat­ion, third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and reckless driving, misdemeano­rs.

Clute, 44, of Bangor, Maine, was arrested Nov. 16 in Halfmoon and charged with thirddegre­e criminal trespass, a misdemeano­r.
