DWI: Joseph T. Hopkins, 64, of Saratoga Springs was arrested Dec. 1 in Saratoga Springs adn charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors.

Drugged driving: Bernard P. Harrington, 42, of Malta was arrested Dec. 1 in Malta and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Chris P. Demetreus, 59, of Malta was arrested Dec. 2 in Malta and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdmeanors.

Weapons possession: Timothy J. Cusson, 60, of Halfmoon was arrested Dec. 1 in Halfmoon and charged with two counts of thirddegree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony.

Mischief: Paula N. Browarski, 40, of Saratoga Springs was arrested Dec. 2 in Wilton and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors.

Aggravated DWI: Pedro P. Carbreratavarez, 31, of South Glens Falls was arrested Dec. 3 in Glens Falls and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI, misdemeanors.

Mischief: Victor J. Demarco, 59, of Burnt Hills was arrested Dec. 2 in Ballston and charged with thirddegree criminal mischief, a felony.

Aggravated DWI: Maureen A. Riley, 54, of New York City was arrested Dec. 2 in Malta and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI, misdemeanors.

DWI: Shannon M. Earl, 43, of Ballston Lake was arrested Dec. 3 in Malta and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Aggravated DWI: Frederick J. Paul, 45, of Malta was arrested Dec. 2 in Clifton Park and charged with aggravated driving while

intoxicated and DWI, misdemeanors. Felony DWI: Corey R. Coulter, 48, of Clifton Park was arrested Dec. 2 in Halfmoon and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, felonies because of two previous drunken driving convictions within the past 10 years.

Contempt: Christopher S. Peroza, 46, of Tupper Lake was arrested Dec. 3 in Malta and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and fourth-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors.

DWI: Ashley R. Elston, 21, of Saratoga Springs was arrested Dec. 4 in Malta and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

DWI: Robert W. Koonz, 60, of Clifton Park was arrested Dec. 3 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

DWI: Maxine M. Pritchard, 47, of Wilton was arrested Dec. 3 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony.
