Marijuana sales: Marcus A. Jackson, 21, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on a warrant at 10 a.m. Dec. 15 on Lake Avenue and charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Mischief: Scott F. Parillo, 44, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 9:38 a.m. Dec. 15 and charged with third-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal contempt, felonies.

Unlicensed operation: Jacob W. Perkins, 27, of Fort Edward was arrested at 9:11 p.m. Dec. 14 on Route 50 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

Coercion: Erin L. Canning, 40, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on warrants at 9:14 a.m. Dec. 14 on Lake Avenue and charged with first-degree attempted coercion, a felony, and second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor.

Aggravated DWI: Pablo GarciaSoria, 30, of Veldhoven was arrested at 2:11 a.m. Dec. 14 on High Rock Avenue and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Felony DWI: Brandon R. Little, 32, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 11 p.m. Dec. 13 on Broadway and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, felonies because of a previous drunken driving conviction within the past 10 years.

DWI: Bryan G. Czajkowski, 29, of Apollo Beach, Fla., was arrested at 1:31 a.m. Dec. 13 on Route 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Weapons possession: Nicole M. Poirier, 22, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 12:38 a.m. Dec. 13 on State Seal Road and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and seconddegree menacing, misdemeanors.

Theft: Michael J. Vittengl, 61, of Lake George was arrested at 12:33 p.m. Dec. 11 on Lake Avenue and charged with theft of services, a misdemeanor.
