DWI: David W. Wright, 69, of Malta was arrested Dec. 14 in Malta and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Burglary; Lynn Gifford, 46, of Ballston Spa was arrested Dec. 14 in Milton and charged with second-degree burglary, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

Felony assault: Gary J. Bordeau, 58, of Saratoga Springs was arrested Dec. 14 and charged with felony assault, second-degree criminal mischief, a felony, fourthdegree criminal possession of a weapon and fourth-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors.

DWI: Brandon K. Munhall, 24, of Troy was arrested Dec. 14 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Drug possession: Keenan E. Jones, 29, of Lindehurst, Ill., was arrested Dec. 14 in Clifton Park and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
