Bates, 59, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 8 p.m. Dec. 17 on Circular Street and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Unlicensed operation: Mary B. Murphy, 50, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 1:24 p.m. Dec. 17 after a property damage accident on Weibel Avenue and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Ryan D. Eggleston, 24, of Glens Falls was arrested at 3:54 a.m. Dec. 17 on Broadway and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving witha blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Mischief: Michael P. Ondreicka, 34, of Deer Park was arrested at 1:18 a.m. Dec, 17 on Jefferson Street and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal tampering, misdemeanors. Aggravated DWI: Hannah E. Davidson, 27, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 11:54 p.m. Dec. 16 on Lake Avenue and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Aggravated DWI: Kurt J. Bergfjord, 28, of Cooperstown was arrested at 3:22 a.m. Dec. 16 on Route 9 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Drug possession: Kelsey O. Johnson, 24, of Albany was arrested at 3:12 a.m. Dec. 16 on Coach Waldron Way and charged with two counts each of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance outside its original container, misdemeanors.

Aggravated DWI: Kristopher W. Jackson, 27, of Clifton Park was arrested at 11:36 p.m. Dec. 15 on Avenue of the Pines and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

DWI: Amanda Pagan, 35, of Queensbury was arrested at 11 p.m. Dec. 15 on Excelsior Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.
