Aggravated harassment: Celestino G. Moreira, 54, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on a warrant at 9:42 a.m. Jan. 4 on Lake Avenue and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeano­r.

DWI: Corey A. Pacher, 26, of Queensbury was arrested at 3 a.m. Jan. 3 on Caroline Street and charged with driving while intoxicate­d and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeano­rs.

Drugged driving: Connor J. Pressley, 18, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 6 p.m. Jan. 2 after a property damage accident on North Broadway and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeano­r.

Marijuana possession: Kevin D. Keller, 27, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 9:33 a.m. Jan. 2 on Lake Avenue and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and second-degree criminally using drug parapherna­lia, misdemeano­rs. Mischief: Gerardo E. Esquivel, 37, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 6:42 p.m. Jan. 1 on Central Avenue and charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeano­r.

Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office

Plea: David M. Matthews, 28, of Mechanicvi­lle pleaded guilty Jan. 4 to first-degree attempted promoting prison contraband, a class E felony.

Plea: Nickolaus K. Davis, 20, of Orangeburg, S.C., pleaded guilty Jan. 4 to criminal possession of a firearm, a class E felony.

Plea: Paula A. Sheldon, 48, of Schenectad­y pleaded guilty Jan. 4 to driving while intoxicate­d, a class E felony.

Sentencing: Aline F. Doran, 37, of Clifton Park was sentenced Jan. 4 to five days in jail and five years probation after pleading guilty Oct. 31 to driving while intoxicate­d, a class E felony.

Plea: Arianna B. Hoebeke, 30, of Warrensbur­gh pleaded guilty Jan. 4 to third-degree burglary, a class D felony.

Sentencing: William K. Hutton, 52, of Saratoga Springs was sentenced Jan. 4 to 60 days in jail and five years probation after pleading guilty Oct. 31 to driving while intoxicate­d, a class E felony.

Sentencing: Jeremy P. Barber, 41, of New York City was sentenced Jan. 4 to one year in jail after pleading guilty Nov. 27 to first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony, and six months in jail after pleading guilty to second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeano­r. The sentences will run concurrent.

Aggravated DWI: Claudia J. Brownell, 66, of Middle Grove was arrested Jan. 3 in Greenfield and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicate­d and DWI, misdemeano­rs.

Assault: Jacob R. Ruggiero, 26, of Halfmoon was arrested Jan. 3 and charged with third-degree assault, criminal mischief and false personatio­n, misdemeano­rs.

Contempt: Justin Gillingham, 20, of Gansevoort was arrested Jan. 4 and charged with seconddegr­ee criminal contempt, a misdemeano­r.

Aggravated DWI: Sean T. Hay, 33, of Fort Edward was arrested Jan. 5in Saratoga Springs and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicate­d and DWI, misdemeano­rs. Also arrested was Amanda L. Ellis, 28, of Glens Falls who was charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeano­r. Stolen property: Jennifer Gonzalez-Ortiz, 46, of Cohoes was arrested Jan. 4 in Cohoes and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony. The complaint originated in Clifton Park. Petit larceny: Karen M. Rose, 33, of Saratoga was arrested Jan. 4 in Clifton Park and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r.
