DWI: Andrew L. Eddy, 53, of Middle Grove was arrested Jan. 5 in Milton and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Animal cruelty; Christine A. McKay, 50, of Clifton Park and Cary P. Fish, 58, of Ballston Lake were arrested Jan. 5 in Clifton Park and charged with torturing/injuring/not feeding an animal, a misdemeanor. DWI: Kelsie E. Gibson, 24, of Gansevoort was arrested Jan. 7 in Queensbury and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

DWI: Danny R. Brooks, 58, of Malta was arrested Jan. 6 in Malta and charged with driving

while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Drugged driving: Lorraine Grund, 50, of Clifton Park was arrested Jan. 6 in Clifton Park and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor.

False reporting: Megan L. Leiran, 20, of Waterville, Iowa, was arrested Jan. 6 in Malta and charged with third-degree false reporting of an incident, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Michael W. Perrelli, 51, of Moreau was arrested Jan. 7 in Moreau and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Aggravated DWI: John G. Dzurica, 58, of Albany was arrested Jan. 7 in Saratoga Springs and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI, misdemeanors. Identity theft: Tina M. Seamans, 39, of Schenectady was arrested Jan. 7 in Clifton Park and charged with first-degree identity theft and second-degree forgery, felonies, and fifthdegree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor.

Drug possession: Kalya M. Daignault, 28, of Clifton Park was arrested Jan. 8 in Clifton Park and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
