The Saratoga Springs Public Library, 49 Henry St., will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, with MLK Saratoga will to host its 13th annual Day of Service at the library from 9:15 a.m. to noon.

All are welcome to attend and take part in any one of six on-site projects. Off-site projects are also available, with registrati­on for all projects beginning at 9:15 a.m at the library.

Programs for preschoole­rs include Library Babies, 10:30 a.m. to noon Fridays, Jan. 12 and 19, and 10-11 a.m. Saturday; and Preschool Storytime, 2-2:30 p.m. Tuesday and 10:15-10:45 a.m. Wednesday and Thursday.

Programs for children and families continue with Saturday Family Storytime, 11:30 a.m. to noon Saturday; Paws4Readi­ng with Buck, 2-3 p.m. Saturday; MLK Day activities for families and children, 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday; and Parent/Child Boo Group, 6-7 p.m. Tuesday.

Teen programs for students in grades 7-12 include Teen Writing and Drawing Group, 3:30-4:30 p.m. Tuesday; Anime Club, 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday; Teen Trivia Thursdays, 3-4:30 p.m. Thursday; and Hang with Jake, the Golden Retriever, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday.

Parenting programs include Advice from the Tooth Fairy, 10:15-11:15 a.m. Wednesday, and Is Your Child Ready for Kindergart­en?, 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday.

Programs for adults include Brain Gym for Adults, 2-3 p.m. Tuesday; Acoustic Music Song Swap with Jeff Walton, 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday; Guided Mindful Meditation with One Roof, 12:301:30 p.m. Wednesday; History and Hearsay: A Virtual Tour of Schoharie Crossing, noon to 1 p.m. Thursday; Books and Tea Meets to Discuss The Sixth Extinction, 3:30-4:45 p.m. Thursday; and Books and Brews at Harvey’s Pub Meets to Discuss Lab Girl, 7-8 p.m. Thursday.

Computer classes continue with MS Excel 2016; Intro to Apple iPads iOS 10 and 11 for Absolute Beginners; Social Networking: Intro to Facebook; and File Management II.
