Sentencing: Yenisleidi Pino Quintana, 26, address unknown was sentenced Jan. 16 to time served after pleading guilty Dec. 8 to second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony.

Sentencing: Edward J. Eagan, Jr., 57, of Hadley was sentenced Jan. 17 to 1 2⁄3 to five years in state prison after pleading guilty Nov. 9, 2017, promoting a sexual performance by a child, a class D felony.

Indictment: Aaron J. Brinkley, 30, of Saratoga Springs was indicted Jan. 17 on a charges of aggravated cruelty to animals, a class E felony.

Indictment: Corey R. Coulter, 49, of Clifton Park was indicted Jan. 17 on two counts of driving while intoxicated, a class D felony, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a class E felony, second- and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors, and vehicle and traffic infractions.

Indictment: Ryan Freebern, 20, of Saratoga Springs was indicted Jan. 17 on charges of first-degree rape, a class B violent felony, firstdegree sexual abuse, a class D violent felony, third-degree rape, a class E felony, sexual misconduct and third-degree sexual abuse, misdemeanors.

Indictment: Derrick R. Walton, 35, of Rutland, Vt., was indicted Jan. 17 on three counts of thirddegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, class B felonies, seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors.
