SHAKER 17, COLUMBIA 15 >> The Shaker boys bowing squad edged Columbia Thursday afternoon in Suburban Council action. Frank Aiello led the Blue Bison with his 220-214206 640 series along with Joe Peregrim’s 211-149-242 602 series. Columbia’s Mat Thompson led the Blue Devils with a 175-254-177 606 sereies followed by Gabe McGlauflin’s 191-228-165 584 and Kyle Furtin’s 168189-221 578. SARATOGA 30, BETHLEHEM 2 >> Saratoga took the match and total pins, 3,806 to Bethlehem’s 2,829 Wednesday afternoon. The Blue Streaks were led by Hunter Chandler’s 245-237 709 series followed by Jake Muller’s 248-258 706. Nick Balasco added a 237-234 656 series. COLONIE 25, SHENENDEHO­WA 7 >> Colonie rolled past Shenendeho­wa, 3,892 to 3,704 pins Wednesday. Cole Champagne rolled a game-high 258-720 series with Tim Knowled added a 268-712 and Jeff Harris rolling a 248-686 series. They finished with a total of 3,593 pins to Saratoga Catholic’s 3,369. Panther Seniors A.J. MAPLE HILL 31, MECHANICVI­LLE 1 >> Maple Hill took total pins and the match with 2,604 pins to 2,159 led by Becki Lauridsen’s 168-191-165 524 series followed by Rachel Gardner’s 157-135-165 457 series. Mechanicvi­lle’s Sharon Guilanelli rolled a 136-135149 420 series.
