Obstruction: York L. Mills, 29, of Gansevoort was arrested Jan. 20 in Moreau and charged with second-degree obstruction governmental administration, a misdemeanor.

Drug possession: Juan C. Rodriguez, 31, of Niskayuna and Nikki L. Moses, 31, of Saratoga Springs were arrested Jan. 19 in Wilton and each charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

Petit larceny: Zachary J. Blowers, 21, of Stillwater was arrested Jan. 19 in Malta and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Obstruction: Lucas D. Williams, 19, of Halfmoon was arrested Jan. 19 in Clifton Park and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Britt M. Miller, 31, of Saratoga Springs was arrested Jan. 20 in the town of Saratoga and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

DWI: Bryan P. Butler, 21, of Stillwater was arrested Jan. 20 in Schuylerville and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, a felony.

DWI: Joseph L. Cerny, 67, of Ballston Spa was arrested Jan. 20 in Malta and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

DWI: Albert S. Paulson, 76, of Country Knolls was arrested Jan. 20 in Ballston and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

Petit larceny: Stacey L. Dressel, 37, of Porter Corners and Rebecca L. Valente, 33, of Cohoes were arrested Jan. 20 in Clifton Park and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Petit larceny: Cynthia A. Vann, 23, of Cohoes was arrested Jan. 20 in Halfmoon and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
